Our Gulf Park Blue Sharks Swim Team is a GKAISA League 3 summer competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for ages 5-18. We also happen to have a blast while we do it! All skill levels are welcome.

Meet the Coaches:
Annie Wahlen will graduate this May from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s in Special Education and will attend graduate school at UTK, pursuing her Master’s in Special Education. When graduating with her Master’s in 2027, Annie plans on becoming a Special Education teacher. Back in her hometown of Atlanta, Annie swam for her summer league team from ages 5 to 18. She also swam competitively for 6 years at Dynamo Swim Club, but her passion has always been summer league! Annie has coached her hometown summer swim team for the past 5 summers, with the goal of fostering the same love of the sport that she was gifted. During the school year, she coaches Special Olympics swimming here in Knoxville! Outside of the pool, Annie enjoys spending time with friends, playing Sudoku, doing a variety of crafts, and reading. She is so excited for this swim season with Gulf Park!
